ENGINEERING SURVEYS

Datum Surveys provides a full range of engineering surveys:

Setting Out - this service is provided to mark out the precise location of new features such as foundations, pile positions, building location, roads, and drainage.  A package deal is available for setting-out the dig and then returning to site to set-out for the concrete pour.

Monitoring – we can continually check adjacent properties during demolition and construction works, or investigate properties that suffer from subsidence, etc.

Volume calculations - for various earthworks.

As-built drawings – both for record, and Land Registry purposes.

3D modelling & visualisation

Datum Surveys can present the survey data as a 3D model with walk-throughs (complete with photo realistic rendering).
